Is Barbarians of Lemuria suitable for campaign play? BOL envisions discrete downtime between adventures, and only AP per downtime. Which isn’t to say that I think BoL is good because you can hack and homebrew it into greatness.

It replaces the classic 2d6 roll by a d20 roll, and it adds a few classes and a simple leveling system.

Just so light but interesting enough to build out a campaign for. This particular hack aims to make BoL a bit more like a d20 game. It’s not my typical cup of tea but I would much rather play it than the majority of traditional rpgs.
